If this is your first visit to our Chiropractic Care center, we will do a orthopedic and neurological exam as wells as begin teaching you stretching techniques to get you started on the road to recovery.

When you come for the first time, please:
• Arrive 15 minutes early to complete our intake form.
• Bring a disc of X-ray or MRI files you may have.
• Print any Radiologist reports you may have.

For those without insurance coverage, we offer cash plans that include options such as FSH accounts and HSA accounts.
